Constant supervision and inspection
We do this because not all welds are created equal; some come with defects (e.g., slag inclusions, incomplete penetration, cracks, porosity, undercut, voids, etc.) that result from not adhering to weld specifications. These imperfections can have adverse affects on the structural integrity or life-expectancy of a fabrication. Our certified inspection professionals and welding supervisors bring cumulative decades of experience detecting and characterizing the flaws that can occur in fabricated and welded items.
In service pressure inspection
We offer this service to the oil, gas, refineries, petrochemical and other industrial facilities that are operating pressure vessels, piping system and storage tanks and require inspection based on requirements of AS 1210 and AS 3788 and or other national and international codes.
Quality Inspection Services
One of the quality inspection tasks is assure that the quality of the commodity is as the same of purchase order specification. The scope of work is determined by buyers and purchasers. Some of them require only a pre-shipment inspection and some other may mandate more stringent scope and demand their third-party inspection agency to witness important tests and inspections such as material certificate review, material identification, welding inspection, NDE test review, dimensional control, hydro-static testing, mechanical running testing, performance testing, painting inspection, packing and marking inspection and loading inspection.
Welding Inspector
Visual Inspection is one of the most important non-destructive testing methods. Trained observers can perform condition assessment of structures and detect discontinuities that can be explored further by other NDT methods
Air pressure test
Some projects specification asks for a pneumatic testing on the weldments to assure the integrity of the weld and reveal any likely leakage prior NDT test. Convex inspection perform air pressure test utilizing calibrated gauges and other gears to achieve the most accurate result and to prevent any further repair which always come with losing time and money.
